Yes, Stikwood's lightweight peel and stick format is perfect for ceilings. If your ceiling is textured like a normal wall, just turned sideways, then stikwood is perfect. Stikwood will stick to any normally textured primed, dry, dust free surface. You'll notice we said 'normally textured', if you happen to have that 1970's spray on 'popcorn' ceiling texture, this will have to be removed or covered in order to install stikwood. The other type of texture to watch out for are heavy sponge textures that were popular in the 80's. These are usually too bumpy and will need to be removed prior to installing stikwood.
