🌲 Can I install Stikwood outdoors?Updated 9 months ago
Stikwood, like most 100% real wood products (besides some specific siding products), is not recommended for outdoor use. Stikwood should be installed in a stable, climate controlled environment.
The outdoor elements can compromise the integrity of the adhesive, causing it to fail, and can also cause expanding and contracting of the wood, which can cause the Stikwood to pop, peel, lift, or curl off the wall. Wood that is used for siding like cedar shiplap is designed specifically for outdoor use and is stained, sealed or painted etc. Stikwood is designed for use indoors.
